What You'll Do

Design & Build RPA Solutions: Develop robust automation workflows using RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) that streamline business processes.

Integrate AI & Automation: Combine RPA with AI/ML capabilities including LLMs and document intelligence to create intelligent automation solutions.

Collaborate on Client Projects: Work closely with Business Analysts and AI Engineers to translate requirements into reliable, scalable automations.

Problem-Solve & Optimize: Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency.

Develop & Test Automation Scripts: Write and maintain Python and RPA scripts to automate real-world business workflows with comprehensive testing.

Engage With Clients & Teams: Communicate effectively with North American clients and internal teams to deliver automation solutions.

Stay Updated on RPA & AI Innovations: Keep up with the latest developments in RPA platforms, automation frameworks, and AI applications.

Learning & Adapting: Participate in code reviews, knowledge sessions, and continuous improvement of automation best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with experience in RPA development.

Proficiency in at least one RPA platform — UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Strong Analytical & Logical Thinking — Ability to break down complex business processes and design automation solutions.

Python Knowledge — Comfortable writing scripts for automation, data manipulation, and API integrations.

Excellent Communication Skills — Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to Work North American Hours — Flexibility to align with client time zones.
