What You'll Do

Conduct virtual meetings and job shadow sessions with clients to understand their business processes and requirements end to end.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries during the requirement-gathering and documentation phases.

Create comprehensive process understanding documents based on client interactions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Assist AI Agent Trainers in creating high-level design (HLD) documents with detailed technical specifications to guide the BOT development process.

Work closely with AI Agent trainers to ensure accurate implementation of AI Agents as per the HLD.

Coordinate with the Development Team for tool enhancements and feature requests based on client needs.

Analyze existing client processes to identify automation opportunities and propose optimization strategies.

Provide regular updates to the Delivery Manager and stakeholders on project status, timelines, and challenges.

Stay Updated on AI Innovations: Keep up with the latest developments in LLMs, automation, and AI applications.

Requirements

Recent Graduates (0–2 years experience) — Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong Analytical & Logical Thinking — Ability to break down complex problems and propose structured solutions.

Excellent Communication Skills — Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with global teams and senior client members.

Willingness to Work Directly With Clients — Flexibility to meet with clients to gather requirements.

Eager to Learn & Grow — Passionate about AI and driven to stay updated on new advancements.

Python Knowledge (Desirable, Not Required) — Familiarity with Python, RPA tools, or AI/ML frameworks is a plus but not mandatory.
